Starting
the year 2000, and as a means of being able to offer its students an even
higher quality service in terms of support and assistance before starting
and while carrying out their language courses, Centro ProLingua created
the Student Assistance Department. This purpose of this department is
to help students with any doubts and problems they may have concerning
their language study program and provides the students with all the necessary
information regarding the school and the city, together with helping out
with personal difficulties and requirements.
The Student Assistance Department:
- Provides information regarding the language courses (prices, starting
dates, payment conditions, etc.)
- Puts students in contact with the didactic director for any questions
regarding their language study program
- Puts students in contact with the resident psychologist for counseling,
in case of orientation problems
- Assists foreign students by providing useful information for their
trip to and stay in Rome (what's going on, events, shows, museums, concerts,
restaurants, sport centers, etc.)
- Helps foreign students with accommodations, arrival at the school,
and information regarding transportation
- Organizes extracurricular activities such as visits to museums and
restaurants, excursions, visits to other cities and much more
- Puts foreign students in contact with local travel agencies
The Student Assistance Department strives to be an efficient point of
reference for our students, in order to make their arrival and stay at
the school as pleasant as possible.
