  2. Why should I prefer coming to Rome to study Italian?
Besides being one of the world's most beautiful cities, Rome is rich in culture with incredible monuments and art. This we believe is the perfect background for a student who wishes to learn the language. Also, living in the country with its people and where the language is spoken is also a means of absorbing Italian culture and its traditions. Finally, having the possibility of practicing the language on a day-to day basis in every kind of situation is an unequaled advantage that provides students with an incomparable fluency in Italian.

  3. Which languages do you teach?
Currently we teach more than 22 different languages, including Italian for foreigners, English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Japanese, and Russian, among others. The availability of group courses for less commonly requested languages (e.g. Swedish, Hebrew, Dutch etc) can be obtained by contacting Prolingua directly.

  4. What method do you use?
The teaching of languages at ProLingua is based on the communicative method, which follows the most advanced didactic principles in the teaching of foreign languages as laid out in a report compiled by the Council of Europe. Simply put, the communicative method always focuses on putting the students at the center of attention and placing them in teaching situations where they begin to understand the new language and to communicate right from the beginning.

  5. Are all teachers mother tongue teachers?
Yes. All our teachers are mother tongue, have a university degree and are specialized with a vast experience in language teaching.
